Tai Chi in the Park

On Saturday 11th June at 11am I am hosting a FREE tai chi session in Sefton Park, Liverpool. I have no idea how long it will last (depends on the weather) but anyone who is interested in coming along to hone their skills or try out new ones is more than welcome.
We will be near the new Aviary Cafe. If you are standing at the fountain take the path which has the bandstand on your left and we will be on the grass on the right hand side.
Bring a picnic for afterwards. This will be a good chance for a chat and catch up.
Look forward to seeing you there.

Website reviews

Thanks to everyone who has taken the trouble to give me feedback on the new website. Included was some really useful constructive criticism. I am going to implement the feedback during this week while I'm off on half term.
Keep sending your feedback. It is so handy to have another set of eyes checking it out.

Taiji Kungfu Fan class

On Saturday 16th July (10am - 4pm) I will be starting a new fan course. This one is being delivered differently than before. The intention is to run a full day session once every six to eight weeks. Each session will cover one part of the form (there are six parts in total). We will also incorporate the music that is used to perform this form.
You can read more about the form and its history by visiting http://www.deyin-taiji.com/taiji-kung-fu-fan

The venue is the Unitarian Church on Ullet Road, Liverpool L17 2AA (York Avenue entrance). Tea and coffee will be provided but you will need to bring a packed lunch.

All participants will need to bring a fan with them. The fans used for this form are larger than standard (37cms) and can be purchased from Tai Chi Link (http://www.taichilink.co.uk/). Prices start at £12.99.

Contact me through this blog if you have any queries. If you wish to book a place you can contact me through the blog or my email address and I will email you a booking form.

The cost for the day is £30 if booked and paid for in advance. It is possible just to turn up on the day however the charge for doing so will be £35. Payment can be made securely via paypal using the buy now button on the top of this page.
